Financial Support Consultant (5:7 Years) For An On:demand Enterprise Performance Management Provider

We are looking for a " Financial Support Consultant "for one of our esteemed Clients for Hyderabad Location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer relationships .
Work with customers to provide best practice solutions to their requirements.
Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering and / or Product Management teams.
Ensure seamless transition of a customer case working closely with Tier 1 support, Engineering and Product Management teams.
Contribute to online knowledge base accessed by all Host Analytics and their customers.
Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of problem solving, effective communication,product functionality, accounting and planning.
Should be ready to work in the afternoon to late evening IST shifts on a permanent / full time basis.
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business or Computing field.
5 : 7 years ' experience in providing customer support to enterprise customer for business applications delivered in the Cloud.
Great customer service etiquette on the phone, email, live chat and in person.
Great English skills (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
The ability to multi:task.
Strong trouble:shooting problem:solving skills.
