Zonal HeadSkills/Experience :- Experience in Channel Sales in FMCG products- Knowledge and experience of the territory (Western Region)- Excellent communication & selling skills- Tech savvy, should be comfortable working in MS-Excel and power point- Should be good with numbers and must have business acumenKey Responsibilities :- Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap- Mange marketing, negotiation, finalizing orders etc. to achieve budgeted sales and meet gross margin targets- Build and plan the short and long-term strategy for the region and take charge of executing it on the ground- Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the Zone and Quality Acquisitions.- Identify/Launch new markets for better penetration- Operation efficiencies, Development, Coaching & Retention of team members.- Demonstrate organization Way of working as per the norms defined from time to time.- Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance (ref:updazz.com)
