We are looking for a reliable and qualified candidate to join our Sales team as an Area Sales Manager.Responsibilities: - Assisting in hiring and training of new employees - Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of agents.
-Goal achievement & Campaigning - Preparing sales reports monthly.
-On-field work to reach the maximum customer - Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spreadRequirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales.
-Graduation from a recognized university.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
