Whether you want to recruit and train new employees, administer employee benefits, track time and attendance, or process payroll and tax filings, Our client can help.The Job :You will be responsible for :- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales Operations/Sales Support or Telesales role- You have a working knowledge of Field Sales, telesales, and communication- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- You must own a 2-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving licence.Qualification : Graduation, UG will only be considered if the candidate has the relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills.Language Proficiency : English, Gujarati, Malayalam, Cochin, Kannada. English must be excellent.
