Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage on a daily basis the work schedules for Inbound Voice and Chat Team
- Have access to and manage Time Sheets
- Track Log:In, Log:Out time, Break Times, Training Times
- Managing vacations, unscheduled leaves/absences etc. with information to Supervisors, Team Leads, Managers : with replacements
- Develop strategies/plan for retention, recruitment, training, coaching and knowledge management
- Identify 1) roles that may have become obsolete, 2) new roles that may have come up 3) Plan that staffing and the budget
- Manage the Sales Box : 1) Web Enquiry, 2) PO, 3) Contact Us
- Perform other duties as assigned
Competencies and skills
Graduate with up to 5 years ' experience in Work Force Planning/Management
Preferred Skills
Experienced in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Familiarity with SAP based WFM Tool desired (NICE/InContact)
Additional Notes Proficiency in PowerBI desired
