Roles and responsibilities:- Create a business plan and sales strategy tailored to the market that will guarantee the company s profitability and sales targets are met.- In charge of overseeing the development and performance of the Account Managers.- Creates action plans both individually and as a team to find sales leads and prospects efficiently.- Launch and oversee the creation of plans of action to enter new markets.- When necessary, provide support in the creation and execution of marketing strategies.- Performs individual assessments with every Account Manager to enhance communication, identify areas for training and growth, and offer suggestions for enhancing the sales and activity performance of Account Managers.- Give senior management performance feedback in a timely manner.- Offer prompt, precise, and competitive pricing for all finished prospect applications that are sent for pricing and approval.
