Role Summary :

In integration(Intermediate): Integrates activities and manages employees with specific workgroup or disciplines. Typical first level line manager. Has operational focus. Start owning people ma agement activities within the discipline. Manages more broader functional level though technical leads, engineers and Individual Contributor
Responsibilities :

Responsible for delivery of Engineering deliverables within Technical/Commercial/Schedule and quality requirements for Basic and Mechanical Engineering
:
Desirable to provide technical guidance on the Basic and Mechanical Engineering
:

Excellent knowledge on the individual discipline engineering and deliverables
:
Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings
:
Ability to review work packages and provide technical guidance for the skill sets managed in Engineering reviews.

Performs discipline design tasks which regularly require the application of fundamental engineering concepts.
:
Should have a fundamental understanding of water and waste water treatment plant product lines.
:
Able to make decisions in a timely manner with full understanding of those decisions which are based on accurate analysis

Able to suggest improvements to products and existing work methods keeping abreast of Industry developments
:
Recognizes emerging patters and makes connection among data and issues; identifies and responds to dynamic business changes and drives business Y 's in the department
