Category Specialist - MICE (5-8 Yrs) Mumbai/Pune (B2B/Corporate Sales)

REQUIRED SKILLS: B2B Sales (Business-to-Business), Excellent Communication, Client Acquisition, Field SalesWHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?1. Lead & grow offline category sales in one segment including MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Corporate & Events) / FPH (Film Production House) / Sports / Government Enterprise among others2. Onboard and cultivate a strong network of Travel Management Companies (TMC), Travel Agents (TA), and Event Management Companies (EMC) to drive offline sales for filling up company s domestic inventory.3. Work with local Demand & Revenue teams to ensure inquiry closures and end to end service4. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant Indian corporate network, industry influencers and key strategic partners to extract repeat business5. Strategize to set the right milestones & maintain stability in business volumes through market-visits within assigned region and efficient planning6. Maintain and review monthly sales tracker of accounts and revenue targets7. Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: 1.
