Job Description
Channel SalesRole & responsibility :- Responsible for tier 3 market (stockiest/Reseller) sales of Wireless, Network, Switches, POE products.- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.- Analyse market trends, competition activity/sales and accordingly provide feedback to reporting manager to increase brand visibility & sales.- Educate partners about product portfolio.- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.- Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.- Stay updated with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.- Conduct partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.Qualification Requirements :- A minimum of 3 years of work experience.- Graduate degree in any discipline- Good understanding of IT hardware & Networking industry.- Basic Technical knowledge in Networking & Wireless Solution- Proven channel sales experience; region/market-specific sales experience is preferred.- Good verbal and written communication skills- Ability to build lasting relationships.- Essential working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time (ref:updazz.com)
