With our well-researched curriculum, modern teaching methodologies and wide range of extra-curricular activities and facilities we constantly strive to enthuse our students with fascinating learning experiences every single day.- As an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will primarily liaise with internal teams to manage marketing-related initiatives for various departments within our schooling ecosystem, including academic, sports, transport, and other internal departments. As the primary point of contact from the marketing department, you will act as the spokesperson and advocate for marketing-related activities, ensuring cohesive branding and effective communication.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with internal departments, including academics, sports, transport, and others, to understand their marketing needs and objectives.- Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and other departments, coordinating and aligning marketing efforts with their goals.- Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by each department and effectively communicate their value propositions to the target audience.- Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to each department s requirements, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand guidelines.- Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including messaging, collateral creation, digital marketing, events, and promotions.- Provide guidance and support to internal teams in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, ensuring proper positioning, messaging, and brand representation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and digital marketing, to create impactful marketing materials and assets.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes to drive effective marketing strategies.- Measure and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product marketing and integrated marketing communications.Expected Competencies :- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- We have demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and messaging.- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, platforms, and analytics.- Familiarity with the schooling ecosystem and understanding the marketing needs of academic, sports, and transportation departments.- Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including traditional and digital platforms.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire others.- The results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.- High level of creativity and a keen eye for detail.Incase this role suits you, feel free to drop your cv Team HRVibgyor Group of Schools (ref:updazz.com)
