Position Summary:
:
Reports directly to Financial Reporting Supervisor (India) and interfaces with statutory auditors, direct tax and indirect tax consultants.
:
Actively communicates with other departments and follows up on corrective actions.
:
Coordinates with other verticals including general ledger, compliance, and reconciliation teams to ensure that information
required, supporting both internal and local statutory requirements are obtained and provided in a timely manner.

Perform special studies or analyses from time to time as needed and requested by supervisors and managers.
Responsibilities:

Preparing and review of draft financial statements as per the applicable laws
:
Preparing / reviewing audit schedules including tax audit schedules
:
Interface with
statutory and tax auditors for the completion of audits in the stipulated timelines
:
Has thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting including ledger scrutiny as well as
tax compliances including GST, WHT.

Bachelor 's degree in accounting or a related field and at 3:5 years of accounting experience.

CA (Inter)/ICWA Inter will be added advantage.

Basic knowledge of financial reporting and financials.

Basic skills in the areas of oral and written communications, MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).

Thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.

Should possess knowledge of WHT, GST Tax and Corporate Tax.

Good analytical skills.
