Roles & Responsibilities:- You are responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and ensuring a high level of excellence.
-Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets.- Understanding the technology stack and business of Artesian Software.- Ability to prepare proposals and PPT for job postings containing relevant information. Copy paste proposals won t be appreciated.- Update and maintain profiles of Upwork users by adding projects and skills.- Respond to clients when they reply to our job proposals and schedule a call with the dev team.- Daily meetings with business owners and frequent update about the progress.- Rotational shifts.The Skills Required:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge of Bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr etc.)- Good listening, problem solving, time management and critical thinking skills.- Ability to use MS Excel for lead generation and business cycle tracking.- Keen to learn business processes and technical skills.
