What we are looking for :- For this specific role we are looking for someone who has experience in selling RPO solutions. Individual would be responsible to get new RPO clients/business. The candidate should be experienced in directly dealing with HR of the company or with top management/decision maker.Job Description :- Responsible to achieve the overall GP target.- Daily, weekly and monthly meetings with hiring managers and technical panel to understand their requirements, setup timelines for closure and fulfilling hiring delivery on time.- Account Management, resource allocation and planning, management reporting- Responsible for Client relationship management, Stakeholder management and issue resolution.- This position performs interacting with managers, business partners and major clients for helping the organization setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.- Responsible for developing trust relationship with a portfolio of major clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.- Responsible for acquiring thorough understanding of key clients and requirements.- Strategic planning and hiring for the clients to increase the closure volume with no delay in follow up with stakeholders and clients.
