Job Description

Handling Resale and Rental work, Field work also, handle start to end process. handling calls inbound and outbound. follow-up with client.& Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. The daily duties& include& marketing and listing property, working directly with homeowners and buyers, and helping various parties.

- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales.

- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector

- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets

- Provide the best possible solution to customers.

- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan

- Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

- Negotiate terms and close the deal.

- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
