1 Female Executive Assistant.
Job Description :
- To look after the CMD office, managing his calendar, Travel arrangements, meetings, part of review meetings.
- Follow up with functional HOD 's for work done, managing his personal expenses, travel management (domestic and international).
- Excellent documentation and follow up skills.
- Proficient in MIS reporting for self and from other HODs.
Required Candidate profile:
- proficient in MS- Excel & Word
- Must Possess excellent written and spoken english and Multitask skills.
Desired Qualifications / Experience :
MBA Background Preferred.
-Experience of 8 to 10 of working in the capacity of Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary with the Top Management/ CMD / Director / CEO Level Professionals.
-Should be Proficient in MS - Excel and Word.
Excellent Salary Package would be offered to the right candidate.
Age Desired is around 30 Years.
