The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the recruitment industry. This role requires a strong understanding of both sales techniques and the recruitment process.Responsibilities :- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online research.- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our recruitment solutions.
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions that meet client requirements.- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and another HR software.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Highly motivated with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
