Your role in our mission
:
Provide expert technical support by effectively communicating with customers in the India office to identify and resolve technical issues.
:
Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking concerns within the India office.
:
Guide users through the installation of applications and computer peripherals, offering clear and concise instructions to the India office staff.
:
Customize desktop applications at the India office to align with user requirements.
:
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support personnel.
:
Follow up with clients within the India office to ensure the functionality of their systems post:resolution.
:
Report customer feedback and identify potential product improvement opportunities for staff at the India office.
:
Assist in the creation of technical documentation and manuals, emphasizing processes within the India office.

Demonstrate the ability to perform network layer 1 support (rack and stack, trace cables, etc.) services at the India office, ensuring robust and reliable network infrastructure.

Work on network switch configurations, including setting up new devices via command:line interface (CLI), upgrading IOS code, and port configuration within the India office.

Demonstrated work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Network Support technician, or in a similar role, preferably within the country of India.
