About the department
Cross DD and IT Technologies is the unit which is responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R and D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc.
The Novo Nordisk SAP S4 Projects Execution team will help provide code remediation, integrations authorizations and S4 business benefit related implementations to Product Supply, R and D, Finance and HR working across SAP application areas such as FI, HR, WM, MM, SRM, ATTP, PPPI, WM Log, PM, QM Calib. GBT, APO, SD etc. handling some of the most Financial or GxP critical IT processes in Novo Nordisk. It will also play a key role in implementation of S4 HANA business benefits within the NN SAP landscape.
Position
As a Project Manager on SAP Authorizations and S4 Project Execution, you will be responsible for independently supporting Next Gen S4 HANA Program and related SAP Projects within Novo Nordisk. Primary responsibilities include:

Manage and support Next Gen S4 HANA Program as Technical PM on Code remediation track
:
Act as PMO from GBS towards the S4 Program, arrange and manage local logistics for Next Gen S4 HANA Program.
:
Ensure the GBS project organization is aligned with Project Organization in Denmark and support the business benefit initiatives.
:
Identifying, assessing risks, planning and implementing risk responses, on:going monitoring
:
Develop business relationship skills and ability to understand business complexities.
:
Participate in vendor management and selection.
:
Collaborate and align expectations with project owner and project stakeholders.
:
Work in close collaboration with PMO Denmark team.
Qualifications
:
Master/Bachelor degree (Computer/Information Engineering, Economics, Business Administration).
:
10 years of experience in the IT domain.
:
4:6 years of experience in Project Management.
:
Experience in Agile tools preferred.
:
Experience with running and leading SAP Projects.
:
Exposure to S4 HANA brown field migration in the code remediation area.
:
ITIL/PMP/Prince 2 Certified/SAFe Agile certified (preferred).
:
Excellent communication skills.
