Job Description
Role Overview:As a Client Relationship Coordinator in our staffing division, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0.6 to 2 years of experience to contribute to the success of our staffing initiatives.Responsibilities:Client Engagement:- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with existing clients.- Understand client requirements and expectations to provide effective staffing solutions.Communication:- Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Staffing Coordination:- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless staffing process.Documentation:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback.- Prepare reports on client satisfaction and staffing activities.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.- Proven experience in client relationship management or staffing coordination (0.6 - 2 years).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Familiarity with staffing processes and recruitment is a plus.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Collaborative and vibrant work culture.
