Job Title : Business Development Associate (BDA)Location : Flexible (Field Sales)Salary : 3-12 L.P.A (Salary negotiable based on experience and skills) Unlimited IncentivesJob Description :- Are you an experienced and dynamic sales professional with a passion for EdTech? School of Thought is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who is adept at field sales and possesses a deep understanding of the EdTech industry. As a BDA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by engaging with potential customers, conducting product demos, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities :1. Prospect Engagement : Identify and engage potential clients through field sales, emails, and calls.2. Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of School of Thought s products, including VR Education L.M.S., E.R.P. Solutions, and Hardware Solutions.3. Demo Presentations : Conduct product demos for interested prospects and communicate the value proposition effectively.4. Relationship Building : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs.5. Sales Closure : Use your strong closing skills to convert leads into satisfied customers.6. Multilingual Skills : Utilize your language proficiency to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.7. Data Management : Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.Qualifications :- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardcore field sales.- At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.- Exceptional closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.- Multilingual proficiency and a good command of the English language.- Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.Note : The salary package for this role is negotiable and can vary based on the candidate s experience, skills, and the outcome of the interview.
