Job Description :Influencer Outreach :- Reach out to influencers across various platforms for promotions.- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement.- Develop creative strategies to attract influencers and increase their participation in the program.- Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer outreach efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.Customer Support :- Provide exceptional customer support to TORNO app users, primarily located in America.- Address user inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email, chat, and social media platforms.- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive user experience.- Work night shifts to accommodate American time zones and provide support during peak hours.Additional Responsibilities :- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize influencer partnerships and customer support processes.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications :- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with influencers and customers.- Prior experience in influencer outreach, customer support, or related roles is a plus but not required.- Ability to work night shifts to accommodate American time zones.- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree (ref:updazz.com)
