We pride ourselves on creating compelling narratives that stand out in the bustling E-commerce landscape.Responsibilities :Master and manage the Channels :- Expertly manage and maintain our clients social media profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.- Address any challenges or discrepancies in postings or engagement.- Capable of managing multiple social media accounts while ensuring timely and accurate postings.Content Creation & Curation :- Craft intriguing and relatable content that aligns with brand stories and engages target demographics.- Monitor trending topics in the E-commerce industry to curate and share relevant content, ensuring our clients are always in the conversation.- Work closely with the design and content teams to plan and develop visuals, videos, and written posts.Engagement & Growth :- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously strategize to boost followership, interaction, and overall brand presence.- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community around our clients brands.Personality Traits :- Attention to Detail : Ensure all posts, stories, and interactions maintain a consistent brand voice and image.- Adaptable : Ready to adjust strategies as the fast-paced world of social media changes.- Team Player : Embrace collaboration and understand that everyone s role is crucial.
