Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors ' activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
