Job Title/Designation : Regional Sales Manager - Bhubaneswar (Business Development- Portfolio Management Services)Job Location : BhubaneswarJob Description :- Support the company s distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors- Increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment- Joint calls with distributor RM in a competitive market and assist them in documentation- Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team- Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor s visits, concalls, etc.- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value- Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements- To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities- Constant updation on new products & best practicesCandidate Details :- MBA/PG equivalent- 10 years experience- The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region- Has managed key distributor relationships with MNC banks like HDFC, SCB, Citi, Kotak wealth etc.- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) & Alternate Investment Funds (AIF)- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of equity markets- Willing to work in an Individual contributor role CTC on offer : Best in the industry About Client :- Our client is a leading financial institution dedicated to providing comprehensive wealth management solutions.
