Key Responsibilities :Conference Development :- Research and identify emerging trends, topics, and issues within the industry to develop conference themes and agendas that align with our organizational objectives.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the objectives, target audience, and goals of each conference.- Identify and invite speakers, thought leaders, and industry influencers who can contribute valuable insights to the conference.- Manage Delegates for each conference- Manage speaker relationships, including communication and logistics, for a variety of conferences.- Work with speakers to develop captivating session topics and synopsis that align with the conference s overall theme and objectives.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Mass Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
