Resolve& Customer& Issues:& Listen& to& customer& complaints,& troubleshoot& problems,& and& provide& appropriate& solutions& to& ensure& customer& satisfaction
Provide& Product& Information:& Educate& customers& about& product& features,& specifications,& pricing,& and& availability&

Co-ordinator: Co-ordinating with company partners and various departments of company.& Address escalated customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complex problems.

Maintain& Customer& Records:& Accurately& record& customer& interactions,& transactions,& comments,& and& complaints& in& the& CRM& system.
Stay& Update:& Stay& informed& about& company& products,& services,& policies,& and& procedures& to& provide& accurate& information& to& customers&

Up sell and Cross Sell: Identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue
Collaborate:& Collaborate& with& multiple& departments& to& develop& and& execute& strategies& that& drive& tangible& outcomes& for& our& business.& Work& closely& with& other& customer& support& team& members,& as& well& as& sales,& marketing,& and& product& development& teams& to& ensure& a& seamless& customer& experience
