• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-wedding follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
