MyOperator - Team Leader - Sales (1-5 Yrs) Delhi NCR (IT Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader - Sales with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in team management, extensive experience in field sales within the Delhi NCR region, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue generation.Responsibilities :- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.- Continuously monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.Requirements :- Team Management Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in team management.- Sales Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.- Field Sales in Delhi NCR : Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Delhi NCR market and extensive experience in field sales within the region.- Revenue Generation : Prior experience in revenue generation is mandatory, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Office Location : Ready to work from our office located in Nehru Place, New Delhi.- Prior experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
