Manager - Business Development - Construction/Infra Project (3-5 Yrs) Pune (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Required Skills : - B2B Sales, Field Sales, Lead generation to collection, Project based sales.Job Description : - Company is looking for a project salesperson who can sell premium products/services in the construction industry focused on sports infrastructure for the Pune market. This person would be responsible for business development in the Pune market. Critical activities in this job would be :- Ability to develop strong relationship networks in premium customers which includes Contractors, Developers/Builders, Architects, Institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities), Corporates, Sports Academies and government departments.- Using salesforce or any CRM tool to analyze the data that allows you to improve your sales performance.- Experience in doing project sales which means:- Knows how to identify key decision makers and influencers and nudge them in the direction of working with company.
