We also have associate tie-ups in the rest of the states.The Job :Responsibilities :- Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.- Handle presales activities, including lead generation through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online data.- Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.- Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.- Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.- Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.- Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.Ideal Candidate :Desired Candidate :- MBA qualification.- Interest in B2B/corporate sales.- Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry will be preferable.- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.- Proactive and street-smart individual.- Ideally based in Gurgaon.Key Skills :- Excellent communication skills.- Proactive business development professional.- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.- Good knowledge of using LinkedIn and related tools.
