Head - Sales - Loan (5-8 Yrs) Indore/MP (BFSI Sales)

Exp: Over 5 years of experience in financial sales, specifically in loan products (HL, PL, BL, Mortgage).Location: Indore.Key Responsibilities :1. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct daily hurdle meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and resolve any issues. Provide regular training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.2. Sales and Credit Coordination: Coordinate with the credit team and banks for Personal Discussion (PD), sanction, and disbursement processes. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the sales and credit teams to expedite file processing. Follow up with banks for timely sanction and disbursement of loan applications.3. Client Handling and Relationship Management: Handle client queries and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.4. MIS Reporting and Performance Tracking: Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for the sales and credit teams. Track performance metrics and ensure that all activities are completed within the defined TAT. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.5.
