International Inbound Sales Associate

Job Title: International Sales & Customer Support Company: Webvio Technologies Private Limited Location: Kolkata (On-site) Salary -18k to 30k +Lucrative incentives Timings- Night shift (10 PM-8 AM) Responsibilities: 1.Handling Calls: Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues as needed. 2.Solving Queries: Assist customers with their questions or problems related to products or services. Use problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions. 4.Booking Tickets: Manage and process ticket bookings for customers. Ensure all booking details are accurate and confirm reservations with customers. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills with professional English . Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent must. Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales is preferred.
