Accountant Executive - Fresher

Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Executive - Fresher & to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial records. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to grow and develop their skills in the field of accounting. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
• Support in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Help prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with GST, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Provide support during audits and help prepare necessary documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with any other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor 's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or any relevant software) is a plus.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
