Job Description
  • Be able to perform a strategic plan in the development of new business
  • Ensure that sales targets are achieved, including any strategic company focus categories
  • Build effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools (become their trusted advisor)
  • To report on a monthly/quarterly basis to the team on the development of market, by highlighting strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats
  • Be able to be proactive in daily call outs activities
  • Increase sales volume from key accounts as allocated but also increase the breadth of trading base
  • Be able to capitalize on any sales opportunities and be aware of any weaknesses in the sales process with key accounts

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years ' experience in a similar role, whether it be through another distributor, vendor, or reseller
  • Have completed BBA/MBA from recognized college.
  • A current driver 's license and own vehicle is essential
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results and meeting KPIs
  • Ability to build new and effective business relationships and maintain, develop, and set revenue budgets & targets
  • Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and the ability understand the market requirements and needs
  • Understanding of current product knowledge and have the willingness to improve upon it
  • Flexible and proactive approach to business
