Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
Present company products/services to clients and handle inquiries.
Convert leads into potential customers through effective communication and negotiation.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current campaigns and product offerings.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling client inquiries.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Qualifications:
Any degree or diploma.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred:
Prior experience in telesales or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
