The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications through automation testing. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or Cypress with JavaScript. - Implement test scenarios in Cucumber BDD or Playwright. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software releases. - Design, document, and maintain test strategies, test cases, and test plans. - Debug and troubleshoot issues to provide detailed analysis and feedback to the development team. - Perform regression, integration, and system testing for web applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation and best practices. Technical Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and automated testing tools like Selenium or Cypress. - Experience with Cucumber BDD or Playwright for behavior-driven testing. - Solid understanding of automation frameworks and test strategies. - Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications : - 4-7 years of experience in software quality assurance. - Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium or Cypress. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript. - Experience in Cucumber BDD or Playwright is required. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
