Lead a team of highly capable individuals solving unique business/digital marketing problems at scaleResponsibilities :The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across BharatPe s brands. This role will focus on optimizing the marketing funnel, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.Key Responsibilities :1. Strategy Development :- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.- Identify new growth opportunities and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.2. Campaign Management :- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns on digital and CRM channels- Oversee the creation and management of marketing content and assets.3. Data Analysis and Optimization :- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing strategies.4. Collaboration :- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.5. Budget Management :- Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary6.
