Job Description: Senior Sales Executive at Dhanlaxmi Trends Pvt. Ltd. & About the Role: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer/distributor base for our company. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: & & & & & & Customer/Distributor Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new customers/distributors within the Men Shirt industry. & & & & & & Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. & & & & & & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. & & & & & & Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. & & & & & & Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients. & & & & & & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients. & & & & & & Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction. & Required Skills and Qualifications: & & & & & & 2-3 Years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry. & & & & & & Strong communication and interpersonal skills. & & & & & & Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. & & & & & & Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. & & & & & & Knowledge of the Men shirt industry and market trends (Preferred). & & & & & & Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. & & & & & & A passion for sales and a drive to succeed. & Additional Qualifications (Preferred): & & & & & & Experience in B2B sales. & & & & & & Knowledge of fashion design and trends.
