Assistant Sales Manager - Cosmetics (2-4 Yrs) Punjab/Solapur (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Function and Accountabilities :- Overseeing designated areas and managing beauty cosmetic establishments.- Uphold relationships, respond to enquiries from every store, and attain profitability in the management and development of the retail outlet channel.- Verify that the shops adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines on branding, finances, and ethics.- Educate retail store owners and other important individuals about the advantages of the company s products.- Locating new retailer shop owners to be included to the company s list of BC and non-BC stores to sell its items.- Make sure the shops take in more merchandise and pay the distributor on schedule.- Customise presentations to each prospect s unique needs and problem areas.- Persuade stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, of the product s benefits and technical features.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
