The candidate must also hold relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and a certification in cloud security.Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (B.tech, B.E, BSC, BCA/M.Tech, MSC, MCA)- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional.- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.- Certification in Cloud Security (such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or equivalent).- Proven experience in technical support, with a focus on cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and others.Key Responsibilities :- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.- Assist customers with a variety of web hosting issues including domain setup, DNS configuration, email troubleshooting, website migration, and server performance.- Utilize control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, and WHM to assist customers with account management and troubleshooting.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS and Azure platforms.- Manage, monitor, and optimize cloud server environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to cloud services in a timely and efficient manner.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions and ensure smooth deployment and integration.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud technologies and security.
