Job Description
City ManagerRole Overview : As a City Manager you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for expansion.
-Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, and online research.
-Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
-Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
-Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and delivery of services to clients.
-Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements : - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-Minimum of 6 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
-Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
