Wanted Telesales Executive, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:
Cold and Inbound Calling: Engage with clients through both cold calls and inbound inquiries to introduce and promote our IT or telecom products.
Sales: Actively sell our products, addressing client needs and showcasing product benefits.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through strategic calling and follow-up.
Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
Incentives: Competitive commission structure and performance-based incentives in addition to the base salary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in IT or telecom sectors.
Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Previous experience in a team leader role is a plus, but not mandatory.
