Senior Digital Data IT Manager

The position
As a Senior Digital Data IT Manager will report directly to the VP Finance and Operations of the affiliate and will work closely with local Business Units and enabling functions as well as APAC regional team cross value chain. Here are some key responsibilities and skills often associated with this role:

Drive local DD and IT strategy implementation: Support broader DD and IT strategy by cross:functional collaboration with local digital colleagues and assist with vision implementations. Ensuring alignment with local key stakeholders and local management teams on the DD and IT strategy.

DD and IT consulting partner: Serve as trusted and consulting partner, making sure that the business ' objectives are supported by innovative DD and IT products and projects.

Local affiliate owner of DD and IT project execution across the value chain: Own the local implementation of DD and IT activities and projects, managing changes when necessary. Identify opportunities and DD and IT projects to support business growth and needs across the value chain.

Build a strong foundation for frontline interactions: Ensure appropriate local ownership and governance of DD and IT related projects in the affiliate. Provide solutions and/or improve business processes, aligned with local business needs to ensure user satisfaction.

Facilitate user adoption of digital products: Co:ownership of user adoption in collaboration with Customer Engagement and various business units. Continuously monitor the local user adoption level within the digital product portfolio and initiate activities if necessary.

People Management/Team Handling : Demonstrated strong leadership by providing clear direction, setting goals, and empowering team members to achieve targets.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

A Master 's degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science and Econometrics preferred.
:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Digital consultancy/regulated/commercial organization with 3 years of People Management experience.
:
Experience in Digital/Data/IT/Business Management.
:
3 years of Project Management experience.
:
Experience in partnering functions.
:
Basic knowledge of SAFe and the agile framework.
:
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building capabilities.
:
Excellent communication, presentation, and consensus:building skills.
About the department
As a Senior Digital Data IT Manager, you will be part of the Finance and Operations department, reporting directly to the VP Finance and Operations of the affiliate. You will work closely with local Business Units and enabling functions, as well as APAC regional teams, to support business priorities and drive digital innovation and transformation across the value chain. Our department is focused on implementing the DD and IT strategy, ensuring scalability of solutions, and providing local project execution and localization when needed.
