FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the Sales - New Client Acquisition. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a person who can drive business growth in Gurugram.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets for key accounts.- Onboard new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with key account objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.- Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients in the city to enable growth and achieve revenue objectivesRequirements :- 3 - 8 years of proven experience in key account management, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the oil & gas, automobile, and generator industries.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business outcomes.- Good analytical skills.
