Roles & Responsibility :- Be proactive in letting clients know about products and services that could be of interest to them.
-Encourage them to check out and consider cross-promoting other products you think they ll find useful.
-Offer pre- and post-purchase assistance.
-Fulfil any unfulfilled sales and contracts related to the provision of goods or services.- As required, make updates to the customer s database information.
