Job Description
Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive institutional sales in the assigned territory.- Identify and target key institutional clients such as hotels, restaurants, caterers, and corporate offices.- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and requirements.- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with institutional clients, ensuring profitable agreements for the company.- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.- Achieve sales targets and objectives for the assigned territory.Key Skills and Competencies :- Minimum 7 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.- Strong understanding of the institutional sales process and dynamics.- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving sales growth.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Why Join Us?- Competitive salary of 15 LPA.- Opportunity to work with a leading company in the FMCG industry.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
