About the Role:As a Key Account Manager at Zinc, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales success by managing and growing relationships with our key clients. You ll be a market-facing champion, responsible for closing high-value deals, fostering long-term partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new business and expand existing accounts.- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling Zinc s product portfolio and maximizing order value.- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring successful contract finalization.- Proactively manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.- Regularly monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities, proactively prospecting for potential clients.- Develop and implement strategies to increase average deal size and client lifetime value.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver a seamless client experience.Qualifications :- Minimum [2 ] years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Banking or Fintech sector.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Deep understanding of Forex transactions, Trading, Lending.
