Job Description
Assistant Manager - KAM/Sales General Industry Responsibilities and Functions :- Responsible for managing OEM based sales for Railway, construction & Agriculture segment.
-Handling Front end Sales to General Industry segment (OEM Focus)- Devising and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales objectives- Engage in new customer development and builds excellent client relationship with existing customers.- Responsible for tracking customer information, pipelines, forecasts, and reports.- Responsible for all new RFQ and costing of product.- Prepare the Sales MIS & presentation for the customers for the new business.- Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled.- Tracking sales in accordance with budget, analyse for any variance, market share evaluation w.r.t specific models of OEMs and w.r.t competitors.- KAM sales & Technical Support.Job Skills & Competencies : - Process & Product Knowledge - Managing Front end sales - CRM Skills (Customer Relationship Management) - Data Based & Technical Approach - Negotiation & Communication Skills - Managing Technical / Application saleEducation : BE/Btech (Mechanical) Experience : 7.5 yrs to 10 yrs (ref:updazz.com)
