Job Description:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is preferable.
  • Convincing customers by providing the required information.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with new as well as old clients.
  • Continuously monitor and improve operations to ensure alignment with the company business direction.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies with the team.
  • Identifying and communicating customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up activity to generate maximum business for Residential New projects.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation.
  • Looking for a hard-core performer in selling Residential Properties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality & convincing.&
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in any Sales, Real-estate Organization will be preferred.
  • Strong team player Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.
