#Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our migration product, focusing on transitioning systems and applications with expertise in Python, ReactJS, and relevant frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team of engineers through complex migration initiatives.
This role requires a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies to ensure seamless integration and effective product development.
#Key Responsibilities:
Experience in the products development using MEAN MERN microservices based tech architecture through Cloud Container Orchestrations (EKS, ECS etc).
Hands on Design HLD LLD, Solution Architecture, Frameworks, SDKs, DevSecOps expertise Experience in development of products in Migration

Discovery, Assessment, Migration, Post-migration automations, Delta Sync, Landing Zone, Process automations, Cloud automations Experience in deployment of products through docker containers, Cloud Container Orchestrations (EKS, ECS etc) Exposure to Windows and Linux Operating System Administration Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Landscape including On-prem and Cloud environments, Automations, and migrations Experience in preparing product road maps, strategies, architectural and design documents for development teams Oversee migration projects involving Python-based backend systems and ReactJS frontend applications.
Develop and execute detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers specializing in Python and ReactJS.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, focusing on career development and performance.
Security Exposure to various Infra tools like: VMWare, Infra Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform etc) Provide technical direction and guidance on Python and ReactJS frameworks.
Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and design are followed throughout the migration process. Stakeholder

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including business units, clients, and vendors.
Deliver regular updates on product status, potential risks, and resolution strategies.
